Member of the Board
Mr. Orlov has enjoyed a distinguished 25 years career in major E&C, oil and gas and investment companies. He has occupied top executive positions in Kvaerner (Norway), SNC-Lavalin (Canada), Forster Wheeler (UK), Hyperdynamics Inc (USA) and RosTec (Russia). His working experience covers Russia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Uganda and Guinea amongst others.
Numukeh Tunkara

Mr. Tunkara is an experienced executive with an accomplished track record in the mining & metals industry. Mr. Tunkara is the owner of Paragon Ventures Ltd. and a graduate of University of London, Birkbeck.
Nikita Yankovsky
Member of the Board
Mr. Yankovsky currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Forbes & Manhattan, Ukraine. Prior to joining Forbes & Manhattan, he was Head of Supervisory Board for PJSC Ukrainian Innovation and Financial Company as well as PJSC VOZKO. Mr. Yankovsky graduated from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with a Master’s Degree in International Finance.
